Activation failure checklist
The activation page is now aligned with the C5-D support bundle contract. Triage auth state first, then decide whether to import, re-issue, re-bind, or move to trading-chain checks.
User steps
- Confirm signed entitlement is placed in the client license directory.
- Open account page and read auth status.
- Export the local diagnostics support bundle JSON.
- Submit via ticket template without passwords, private keys or raw machine id.
Support triage
- active: product access valid, not trading authority.
- offline_grace: offline grace, manual review recommended.
- missing_entitlement: import signed entitlement.
- machine_mismatch: re-bind machine.
- signature_invalid: re-issue clean entitlement.
- expired: renew or re-issue entitlement.
Successful activation is product access only. Trading still requires selected MT5 account, broker health, RiskGateway, reconciliation and system mode.
