Private beta support and activation diagnostics bridge

C6-B connects the website support flow with the client-side C5-D /api/auth/support-bundle. For download, activation or entitlement issues, testers should export the redacted support bundle and submit a structured ticket.

User should provide

  • Client version and installer SHA256
  • Current /api/auth/status
  • Local JSON from /api/auth/support-bundle
  • Issue time, operation path and screenshots
  • Never provide MT5 password, payment card, private key or raw machine id

Auth state handling

  • active: entitlement valid; if trading still fails, inspect MT5 account, broker health, RiskGateway and reconciliation.
  • missing_entitlement: signed entitlement is missing.
  • machine_mismatch: machine binding mismatch; re-bind or re-issue entitlement.
  • signature_invalid: file is tampered or invalid; re-issue a clean entitlement.
  • expired: entitlement expired; manual renewal review required.

Support bundles are diagnostics only. They do not upload data, call broker/payment/trading APIs, or grant trading authority.
